Yes, there is rent is $600 a month. Resident rent supports the cost of safe, stable, and structured sober housing. Rent includes a furnished bedroom, utilities (electric, heat, water, trash, and internet), shared household supplies, property maintenance, and professional management. It also supports the accountability measures that help maintain a substance-free environment, including house oversight and drug and alcohol testing for house rule compliance.
This home provides housing with accountability, not treatment or clinical services. Residents are responsible for their own recovery supports, treatment, medical care, and personal expenses outside of housing.

Residents should arrive with basic personal items and essentials needed for daily living. The home is fully furnished.

Items that violate house rules will be confiscated or

Substance use is not permitted. If a relapse occurs, the resident will be required to leave the home immediately to protect the safety and sobriety of others.
No visitors are allowed. This is to keep this home as a safe place for everyone.
Applicants must be actively working toward stability. Lack of ID or employment does not automatically disqualify someone, but residents must show progress and responsibility.
Yes. Residents are encouraged to work, attend school, and participate in recovery activities outside the home.
